Shipping Policy

All items are handmade and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Custom orders or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Shipping is free for all orders.
• Most orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which includes tracking.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Each order is packaged with care using protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
• Jewelry pieces arrive in a small gift box or pouch, ready for gifting.
• Mosaics and wall art are double-wrapped for protection.

Once a package leaves our studio, delivery times are beyond our control.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.
• We are not responsible for postal delays, but we’ll do everything we can to assist with tracking or insurance claims.
