At Beautifully Broken Boutique, we love transforming meaningful pieces into one-of-a-kind treasures. Whether you’d like to create a pendant from a beloved family heirloom or commission a custom mosaic, we’ll work closely with you to design something truly personal.
How It Works
1. Contact Us
Start by sending us a message through our contact form below to share your idea. Let us know what kind of piece you’d like (for example, a pendant, earrings, or small mosaic) and any details about the colors, style, or story behind your vision.
2. Design Collaboration & Quote
Once we’ve discussed your idea, the artist will sketch or describe the design concept, confirm materials, and provide you with a custom quote and timeline. A deposit is required to begin the process.
3. Share Your Materials (Optional)
You may provide your own porcelain or glass — especially if it’s from a sentimental or family heirloom. We’ll take care of the process safely and respectfully.
4. Safe Shipping of Your Heirloom
If you’re providing your own materials, we’ll send you a protective packaging kit to ensure your porcelain or glass arrives safely at our studio. Once received, we’ll notify you right away.
5. Creation & Progress Updates
Your custom piece will be lovingly handcrafted within the agreed timeframe. You’ll receive updates throughout the process, including photos if desired, so you can watch your vision come to life.
6. Delivery of Your Finished Piece
Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you — along with any unused materials, if applicable.
Timing & Pricing
Each custom piece is unique. Timelines and pricing depend on the size, design complexity, and materials involved. Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks after materials are received.
