Handmade Promise

Each item at Beautifully Broken Boutique is handcrafted with care and intention. Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, minor variations or imperfections are part of their handmade charm — not defects.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
• However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the item itself.

  2. Email us at [your business email] with your order number and photos.

  3. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

 

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local USPS office first. If it remains missing after a reasonable time, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist in locating or replacing it when possible.
